Shana Mislak
Mental Health Wellness Coordinator
Shana has a Master in Social Work and is a Licensed Certified Social Worker. She is a
Certified Chemical Dependency Counselor, EMDR-certified consultant, and certified in Critical
Incident Stress Management. She specializes in trauma and utilizes EMDR (Eye Movement
Desensitization and Reprocessing) as well as Brainspotting. Since 1999, she has provided
psychotherapy to the Harford County community, including First Responders.
Michele Willoughby
Peer Support
Michele entered the Baltimore City Fire Department in 1999. She was the first female assigned to a truck company and serving as a fire apparatus driver. She received numerous commendations, including the Henry G. Nathan Award. Michele recently retired after 25 years of service and is now focusing on the mental health wellness of fellow firefighters and EMS personnel.
Craig Tontrup
Peer Support
Craig entered the fire service in 1995 as a volunteer firefighter. He would soon join the Baltimore City Fire Department as a Firefighter/EMT. During his time with Baltimore City, he received numerous accommodations, including the R. Adams Cowley, Shock Trauma Hero of the Year award with his crew. He retired from Baltimore in 2016 but remains active in the fire service as an instructor and Firefighter/EVO.
Aliyah Russell
Grants Management
Aliyah has been involved in grants management since 2022. Additionally, she holds a BS in Environmental Studies and an MS in Environmental Management. As the daughter of a military veteran and a passion for the nonprofit sector, she has multiple attributes to support our mission.
Tiffany Tontrup
Financial Management
Tiffany is a Certified Bookkeeper and a member of the National Association of Certified Public Bookkeepers. She has Accountant, QuickBooks, Bookkeeping, and Payroll Certifications. Tiffany has practiced bookkeeping for over 20 years and is the Co-Owner of TNT Bookkeeping Plus. She is also an Advanced QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor.
Kristin Kodenski
Website Manager
Kristin is a seasoned professional with a rich background in print and online design, complemented by her marketing expertise. As the owner of Midnight Design and Promos LLC since 1998, she seamlessly blends creativity with strategic insight, offering top-notch solutions to clients seeking to enhance their brand presence. With extensive experience assisting non-profit organizations like the American Diabetes Association and Habitat for Humanity, Kristin's expertise extends beyond aesthetics, making a tangible impact. Currently serving as the Website Manager for the Iron's Foundation, she solidifies her reputation as a trusted partner directing her diverse skill set toward an impactful cause.
